By integrating your referral campaigns with CRM you no longer need to worry about entering the manual leads and customer information. CRM is an automated way to capture leads and customers information in one place.
By integrating your InviteReferrals with your referral program will bring you the customer’s information directly into your CRM. One such CRM which is widely popular is ZOHO.
ZOHO is an on-demand CRM [customer relationship management] where you can manage the sales and marketing of your company.
To integrate your Zoho CRM with InviteReferrals you can navigate to InviteReferrals>>Brand_Name>>Integration and enter the following details
- ZOHO Client ID
- ZOHO Client secret Key
- ZOHO Refresh Token
For client id and secret key, you need to log in to your Zoho account and create a client id in Zoho Developers Console.
In the developer console, you need to create a new client id. ‘Click on Add Client ID.’
Once the add your id a new secret key and a new id is created. Copy that id and enter the both in InviteReferrals integration platform.
After entering the authentication credentials in the integration section you can select from the various events (enrollment, manual lead invite) where you want the data to be sent out to your ZOHO CRM.
Once you select the following event say, Enrollment therefore on any new enrollment there will be a trigger at the user's end and the customer's details will be synced to Zoho.
Note: you need to select an event every time for every campaign you create.
