Salesforce CRM enables you to store all your prospect’s contact information and identify sales opportunities, record service issues and manage marketing campaigns all in one place.

At InviteReferrals, you can integrate your referral programs with third-parties CRM software such as salesforce. Salesforce integration enables you to manage the referral campaigns and to pass all the leads’ data to your salesforce account and they are automatically synced in. Read this article to know how you can integrate InviteReferrals with salesforce CRM.

HOW TO INTEGRATE INVITEREFERRALS WITH SALESFORCE:

InviteReferrals integration with Salesforce allows you to send all leads’ data on different events such as Referrer enrollment and invites, all synchronized at one integrated place. Below are the steps to integrate InviteReferrals with SALESFORCE :

1.Navigate to the InviteReferrals dashboard > settings > integration > CRM.

2.Next, go to the SALESFORCE CRM and click on the CONNECT button.

3. Once you click on the Connect button, you will be navigated to the below page. You are required to log in to your salesforce account. If you do not have an account, you can create a new one.

4. Next, click on the ALLOW button to allow access to the InviteReferrals account. Once you click on the ALLOW button, the integration with the InviteReferrals account will be completed.

You are now connected with the InviteReferrals account. Refer to the below image.

5. Once connected, you can navigate to the Edit section of any campaigns whose data you want to send in your salesforce CRM and choose Integration to move further.

6. Click on Integration to proceed further to the Third-party integration > SALESFORCE CRM.

7. Now select any events (enrollment, manual invite, or email contact invite)  and map out the fields to send the data in your SALESFORCE account. 

Once the fields are mapped out, click on the SAVE button and your data will start sharing into the  SALESFORCE CRM.
