Freshsales is a cloud-based CRM that many companies use to manage their interactions with the customers and manage the sales or new leads all in one place.

1) To integrate Freshsale CRM with InviteReferrals you can navigate to Settings>Integration> CRM.

2) Next, enter the following details by clicking on the INTEGRATE button of the FRESHSALES CRM.

  1. Freshsale CRM domain URL
  2. Your Freshsale API Key

 

 

3)To enter the CRM domain URL and the API Key you need to login to your Freshsales account then move to settings and copy your API Key. 

4) Once you enter the domain name and the API key, your freshsales get integrated with InviteReferrals.

5)This is how you can integrate your brand with InviteReferrals. But you also need to connect fresh sales with every campaign you create to collect the information of every campaign. To integrate your campaign in InviteReferrals you need to navigate to Edit_Campaign>>Integrate>>Third_party_integration and select from the following events :

 

a. Enrollment

b. Conversion

c. Email contact invite

d. Manual invite

6) Map out the fields of the events and save them. Once you save the fields, the data will start sharing into your CRM.
