At InviteReferrals, you can integrate your referral programs with third-parties CRM software. Mailchimp enables you to pass all the campaign participants' data to your Mailchimp account and keep them synchronized for further email marketing purposes.
HOW TO INTEGRATE INVITEREFERRALS WITH MAILCHIMP :
InviteReferrals integration with Mailchimp allows you to send all the data of the leads on different events such as Referrer enrollment and invites, all synchronized at one integrated place. Below are the steps to integrate InviteReferrals with Mailchimp :
1. Navigate to the InviteReferrals dashboard > settings > integration > CRM.
2. Next, go to the Mailchimp CRM and click on the CONNECT button.
3. As you navigate to the below page, you can log into your Mailchimp account. This step is required to authorize and integrate your Mailchimp account to InviteReferrals.
Note: You can create a Mailchimp account or if you already have one, you can fill in the credentials and enable the authorization to have an access to the Mailchimp account. Once you fill in the credentials and authorize InviteReferrals, the integration with Mailchimp is completed.
4. Once connected, you can create the list of the customers’ data on different events such as enrollment, conversion, and email contact invite, etc. in your MailChimp account.
5. Next, navigate to the Edit campaigns> Integration. You can edit the campaign whose data you want to send to the Mailchimp list.
6. Click on Integration to proceed further to the Third-party integration > Mailchimp CRM.
7. You can select any events (enrollment, manual invite, conversion, etc.) and you can find the list you created in your Mailchimp account in the drop-down menu of the list field. Refer to the below image for more details. Next, Map out the fields to send the data to the list you created in your MailChimp account.
Once the fields are mapped out, click on the SAVE button and your data will start sharing into the Mailchimp account.
