1. How can I calculate my participants?

From the day you launch the referral campaign, every user who is enrolling to your referral campaign (whether directly via referral), they are counted as participants.

2. How the participants are counted if I am running multiple campaigns?

If, any use is enrolled to the multiple campaigns that you are running from an account, are considered or counted as one.

3. Where can I check successful conversions?

All the successful referrals are counted automatically in the InviteReferrals Dashboard.

Each customer’s referral dashboard contains a unique referral code/link that is tracked via a JavaScript code that is placed on your conversions page.  Thus, whenever there is a new referral or conversion it gets tracked.

4. What will happen to pending rewards if I change rewards during an active campaign?

If you change your reward management system the pending rewards will remain unaffected until you choose to approve them or reject them.

The new reward will only be offered to the new participants/winners.

5. How can I know if my referral campaign has a new invite?
