ACCOUNT ACCESS IN INVITEREFERRALS

NotifyVisitors allows you to give account access to any of your team members who would have the power to perform different tasks at hand such as view the analytics, edit the campaigns and provide support to the customers.

Read this article to know how "account access" works in InviteReferrals and what actions can any of the team members of your brand perform within account accessibility.

HOW DOES INVITEREFERRALS ACCOUNT ACCESS WORK :

1.Login to your InviteReferrals account and navigate to the account access in the settings.

2. Give access to any of the team members by assigning them the roles of admin, analytics or customer support, and so on. Simply add his/her email id and password and click on the “add user button”.

  1. Email: Add the email id of the team member to whom you want to assign a role.
  2. Password:  Add the password of the team member.
  3. Role: Assign the role by selecting and clicking on the checkbox type options. You can perform actions on the “account access feature” with editing and deleting options. You can create a new password for any of the team members and update it.

WHAT ALL TASKS CAN A TEAM MEMBER PERFORM IN ACCOUNT ACCESS :

Account access is divided into four categories/roles :

1) Admin :

An admin can perform the following actions in “account access” :

  1. He/she can view the analytics.
  2. He/she can create campaigns/duplicate campaigns and edit the inactive campaigns.
  3. He/she can activate, delete, duplicate campaigns, and can delete the stats.
  4. He/she can have access to the account settings.  
2) Analytics :

If you assign the role to a team member of this category, he can perform the following tasks :

He/she can only view analytics and cannot be given access to any other tasks.

3) Edit campaigns :

He/she can edit the inactive campaigns and cannot perform any other tasks.

4) Customer support :

He/she can provide round-the-clock support to the customers regarding the loyalty programs, the points and rewards they have earned, and so on.

Grant access to the team members for better management of campaigns, brand effectiveness, and efficiency.
